disagree. He doesn't have anyone with him and so he has parked as far over as possible to allow his door to open without hitting the ranchero to the left. The pickup is facing out and so the driver can get into the truck easily, so he isn't bothering him either. If course, the pickup may have a passenger, which would be problematic, but this is the beauty of ignorance.
